Remote Medical Support has exceptionally high standards when recruiting doctors and counsellors. We have an equally professional approach when it comes to call quality and tracking as well as securely recording and storing calls for mutual protection.

 

This meant the company was the first in the United Kingdom, and as far as we know it, the world, to be awarded a license to provide medical and counselling information in this way. In February 2006 the Independent Comittee for the Supervision of Standards of Telephone Information Services - now known as PayPhone Plus - awarded us our license, after independent consultations were carried out over 8 months with:

Another feature unique to the service is the virtual hospital.

Remote Medical Support gives members the choice to speak to doctors with a wide range of expertise; the doctors are composed of general practitioners and hospital specialists, allowing callers to get the best possible care available.
